Our flat rate shipping costs are determined by the amount of the total purchase. Below are our standard shipping rate tiers:
Flat rate shipping charges and free shipping is only available within the United States. All orders will be processed within the next business day. Please see our list of observed holidays.
Free shipping and flat rates do not apply to our wholesale customers. If you have a house account and recieve a wholesaler discount, freight charges will be actual. Charges are calculated by the shipping company based on the weight and dimensions of your order. Freight will be charged when orders ship.
International Shipping: Please contact us for International Shipping options. Shipping charges will be applied as the order is processed (international shipping costs are not predetermined). Our flat rate and free shipping policy does not apply to international orders.
If you are an international customer you may place and order by emailing us the SKU number of each item that you want and the quantity of each item, along with your full correct shipping address.
You must have a PayPal Account in order to place an order. You must send us your PayPal email address. We will then enter the information into PayPal and it will forward you and invoice to pay for your product. Once we receive payment we will ship your order promptly.
We are unable to quote or process international orders and send you an invoice through Paypal if your full address, SKU number, and quantity are not included. This may cause a delay in shipping.
Express Shipping: Contact us or call us at 1-800-783-0852 for Express Shipping options. Freight charges will be determined as order is processed. We do not offer predetermined express shipping charges at this time.
At Hanken Imports Company Inc, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Within 30 days, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the merchandise value.
We cannot accept returns on sale/closeout merchandise, partial packages, or used products. All products must be returned in their original packaging. Refunds will exclude shipping fees.
You may return merchandise through the mail for a refund. For detailed procedures for returning items, please contact us at 1-800-783-0852 Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
Please note: We do not offer return labels. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
To Return Items:
1. Send the item in its original packaging.
2. Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the return shipping process. Include a copy of your invoice.
3. Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping and cannot process your return until the item is received back at our office. All returns should be sent to the following address:

Cancelling an Order and Refusing an order: Orders are typically processed during the same business day or within the next business day. Because of our quick turnaround, if your order needs to be changed or cancelled, please let us know immediately.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you choose to refuse an order, our refund policies will be put in place. We do not refund shipping. If any charges incur from carrier refusal, those charges will be taken from your merchandise refund.
